These are examples of some of the medium to larger projects that I’ve crafted.
My customer for this pergola wanted a refresh on the deck boards, and a railing on 3 sides instead of just the single bar. What do you think?
My customer put in a 3 way switch, and wanted me to fix the drywall. I made the patch disappear.
Same customer as above, but this also included openings left by a plumber, and the other access for the 3 way switch. He said that my drywall work looked better than the work originally done in the house.
Bathroom remodel with glass subway tile. The before picture is below.
Before bathroom is on the left. After picture of same bathroom on the right. I removed the built-in closet, and replaced it with a freestanding cabinet.
Other side of the same bathroom pictured above. I replaced the tub and tiled walls with 12×24 tiles with 1/16″ grout. Floor has 3/16″ grout lines.
Previously, this kitchen island was just plain drywall. I built it out with beadboard and a modern-style of trim, based on a picture the client supplied of a desired setup.
Helped finish up a recessed light project…patched the trench in the drywall, and made the patch “disappear.”
10×20′ gazebo
Before and after pictures of a bathroom that used to have a dead space above the tub. Detailed pictures of the shampoo box and tile follow.
More details of above project follow below…
And just because crazy happens, I found this inside the bath fan ductwork of one of my clients…client said that something was wrong with the louver outside, and that the fan did not seem to clear the moisture out of the bathroom.
The niche from the above bathroom.
